We offer a return for a refund within 30 days from the date tracking shows delivered.
All items must be in new and uninstalled condition. Any product that shows signs of wear, installation, or altered from its original condition will not be eligible for return.
If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support within 5 business days to request a replacement.
All eligible orders will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you must take the package to an authorized drop-off location; pick-up service is not included.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns. All return shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returned items must be sent back using the original retail/shipping boxes and include all supplied materials. Any return received outside the conditions of our return policy will not be eligible for a refund.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the total refund. A flat charge of $9.50 will be deducted for eachpre-paid return label.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Each product page displays lead time information to prepare and process your order. This is an estimate from when the order is placed until the item is ready to ship from our design & manufacturing facility in Glendale, California.
Transit time for US orders is usually between 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Once a package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number(s).

International Shipping - We currently ship to Canada and Mexico. All international orders are subject to local taxes and duties fees and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

During the One-Year warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product that occurred due to a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, or modifications, and does not cover globes/shades, cosmetic wear, or consumables such as light bulbs.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product(s) must have been purchased directly fromhumanhome.coand be located within the continental US.
