Humanhome will gladly repair or replace your product if we identify, through inspection or testing, that your product fails to function properly due to manufacture error, workmanship.
In the event of a warranty repair, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Humanhome.
We offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on our products. We are passionate about creating quality products that do not create any unnecessary waste and get better with time.
The warranty period of the replacement starts from the date of the customer receiving the replacement product.
During the One-Year warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product that occurred due to a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, or modifications, and does not cover cosmetic wear, or consumables such as light bulbs.
Damaged product due to shipping must be reported to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product(s) must have been purchased directly from humanhome.co and be located within the continental US. Original proof of purchase must be provided. All shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the sender.
