Where is the light fixture that I saw?
We are constantly changing our catalog. If the luminaire is no longer on our website, we are completely out of stock and have stopped production.
Are your lighting fixtures UL Certified and damp rated?
Our hardwired or surface-mount luminaires are UL Certified for USA and Canada.
Our plug-in luminaires or portable luminaires is not UL Certified.
Our luminaires are not damp rated.

How do I change my address?
If you order has not shipped - log into your account to change shipping details.
If your order has shipped - We are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. However, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can update the address or redirect the package to a pickup facility.

How do I start a return?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return for a refund within 30 days. A return can be started using our Returns Portal.
