Each luminaire is handcrafted in-house and have varying lead times. Lead times are displayed on product pages, this is an estimate from when the order is placed until the item is ready to shipped.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

Humanhome utilizes UPS for all domestic orders. Humanhome does not offer Saturday delivery. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. See chart below for shipping transit times.

Once your package(s) have been shipped from our Los Angeles location, you’ll receive one or more emails with your tracking information so you can follow the progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
