OPERATIONS APPRENTICE

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Manufacturing Operations Apprentice to join our team. This unique role offers the opportunity to shadow our founder and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of manufacturing operations. The goal is for the successful candidate to progress into an Operations Manager role, driving efficiency and growth within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in various manufacturing operations under the guidance of the founder.
- Work closely with the operations team to optimize processes and systems.
- Assist in managing inventory and ensuring efficient production workflows.
- Use and learn various manufacturing software, such as MRPeasy or Katana.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new operational strategies.
- Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong passion for operations and system creation.
- Experience with inventory management and manufacturing software (MRPeasy, Katana, etc.).
- Comfortable with using digital software and eager to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
