Transit time for US orders is usually between 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Once a package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number(s).

If you are not completely satisfied with your Humanhome purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a return and refund within 30 from receiving your order. Item must be in new and unused condition. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion and may only be refunded as a store credit.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from total refund. A flat charge of $8.50 will be deducted for pre-paid return labels.
Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We are passionate about creating quality products that do not create any unnecessary waste and get better with time. We offer 3 year full warranty. The Warranty covers, and is valid only for, flaws and defects in the manufacturing or workmanship of the product. If any part becomes non-functioning or defective, we will either repair or replace it. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, modifications, and does not cover globes, cosmetic wear or consumables such as light bulbs. Shipping & handling will be the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible you must be the Original Purchaser and have a valid Proof Of Purchase. The Warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers. You must have purchased the Products directly from humanhome.co and be located within the continental United States.
