• We offer a return for a refund within 30 days from the date tracking shows delivered.
  • All items must be in new and uninstalled condition. Any product that shows signs of wear, installation, or altered from its original condition will not be eligible for return.
  • If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support within 5 business days to request a replacement.
  • All eligible orders will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you must take the package to an authorized drop-off location; pick-up service is not included.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns. All return shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  • All returned items must be sent back using the original retail/shipping boxes and include all supplied materials. Any return received outside the conditions of our return policy will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the total refund. A flat charge of $9.50 will be deducted for each pre-paid return label.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
