  • We offer a return for refund within 30 days from the date tracking shows delivered.
  • All items must be in new and uninstalled condition. Any product that shows signs of wear, installation, or altered from its original condition will not be eligible for return.
  • If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support within 7 business days to request a replacement.
  • Upon receiving your product, you have within the 7 business day window to report any damages.
  • All eligible orders will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you must take the package to an authorized drop-off location; pick-up service is not included.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns. All return shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  • Returned items must be sent back using the original retail/shipping boxes and include all supplied materials. Any return received outside the conditions of our return policy will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the total refund. A flat charge of $9.50 will be deducted for each pre-paid return label.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 
  • Discounted products, including all orders placed using a promo code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.



We are passionate about creating quality products that do not create any unnecessary waste and get better with time. We offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on our products. Read our full policy below:

  • During the One-Year warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product that occurred due to a manufacturing defect.
  • This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, or modifications, and does not cover cosmetic wear, or consumables such as light bulbs. 
  • Damaged shades and globes must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, if no damage has been reported, the customer is responsible for purchase of any shade or globe replacement.
  • To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product(s) must have been purchased directly from and be located within the continental US.
  • All shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the sender.
