Studio Assistant Humanhome is a place where diverse perspectives and experiences are encouraged. Being a creative design studio and a manufacturer, there are a lot of moving parts. For this role, we are looking for someone with an interest in design and a working knowledge of Solidworks/Fusion 360. This role will assist the Design Team with new Engineered Polymer Products, Spec Sheets, Instruction Booklets and any other design related materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Form generation based off Humanhome Philosophy/Guidelines CAD model assembly creation Assisting the design team with engineered polymer product model creation and polymer printing progression Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A successful applicant must be diligent, responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working closely and communicating with others in the team. Demonstrates a strong work ethic while being flexible and resourceful to get the job done. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must. This is an estimate from when the order is placed until the item is ready to ship from our design & manufacturing facility in Glendale, California.Transit time for US orders is usually between 5-8 business days for standard shipping. Once a package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number(s).If there is an issue with the order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.International Shipping - We currently ship to Canada and Mexico. All international orders are subject to local taxes and duties fees and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY
Returns We offer a return for refund within 30 days from the date tracking shows delivered. All items must be in new and uninstalled condition. Any product that shows signs of wear, installation, or altered from its original condition will not be eligible for return. If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support within 7 business days to request a replacement. Upon receiving your product, you have within the 7 business day window to report any damages. All eligible orders will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you must take the package to an authorized drop-off location; pick-up service is not included. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns. All return shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items must be sent back using the original retail/shipping boxes and include all supplied materials. Any return received outside the conditions of our return policy will not be eligible for a refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the total refund. A flat charge of $9.50 will be deducted for each pre-paid return label. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Discounted products, including all orders placed using a promo code are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Damaged shades and globes must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, if no damage has been reported, the customer is responsible for purchase of any shade or globe replacement. To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product(s) must have been purchased directly from humanhome.co and be located within the continental US. All shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the sender.
