We provide a One-Year Limited Warranty on all products purchased directly from humanhome.co.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If, upon inspection, a product is determined to have failed due to a manufacturing defect, HUMANHOME will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to HUMANHOME for warranty evaluation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper handling, installation, misuse, or modification
• Normal wear and cosmetic aging
• Consumable components, including light bulbs
• Damage incurred during transit that is not reported within 30 days of delivery
