SHIPPING INFORMATION

Each luminaire is handcrafted in-house. Lead times vary by product and are listed on individual product pages. Lead time reflects the estimated production period from order placement until the item is ready to ship.


Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information via email.


We ship domestic orders via UPS from Los Angeles, California. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • CA: 1–2 business days
  • OR / WA: 2–3 business days
  • TX: 3–4 business days
  • FL: 4 business days
  • NY: 4 business days
  • ME: 5 business days


Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Returns Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery.


To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.


All returns require prior authorization.


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or damaged.


Custom orders and made-to-order modifications are final sale.


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or exchange.


For international orders, we do not provide prepaid return labels. All return shipping and related fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
