SHIPPING

Each luminaire is handcrafted in-house and have varying lead times. Lead times are displayed on product pages, this is an estimate from when the order is placed until the item is ready to shipped. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

Humanhome utilizes UPS for all domestic orders. Humanhome does not offer Saturday delivery. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. See chart below for shipping transit times.

Once your package(s) have been shipped from our Los Angeles location, you’ll receive one or more emails with your tracking information so you can follow the progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account. Log in here.

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date tracking shows delivered. All items must be in new and uninstalled condition. Any product that shows signs of wear, installation, or altered from its original condition will not be eligible for return.

  • Eligible orders will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you must take the package to an authorized drop-off location; pick-up service is not included.***
  • All Shipping & handling costs are not refundable and deducted from the total refund.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and all sales are final.
  • Defective or damaged items are only eligible for exchange for the original order. Exchange must be initiated 30 days from delivery.
