Lead Times
• Estimation: Each product on our website displays an estimated lead time. This is calculated from the moment your order is placed to when it is ready for shipment. Please note that these are estimates and can vary based on the unique nature of our handcrafted products.
• Order Confirmation: After your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link for you to access updated tracking information for your shipment.
Shipping Carrier
• Domestic Orders: For all orders within the United States, we utilize UPS as our shipping carrier.
• No Saturday Delivery: Please be aware that Humanhome does not offer Saturday delivery.
Transit Times
• Exclusions: Our transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• Estimated Transit Times by Region:
• California (CA): 1 - 2 days
• Oregon (OR): 2 - 3 days
• Texas (TX): 3 - 4 days
