General Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date tracking shows delivered. All items must be in new and uninstalled condition. Any product that shows signs of wear, installation, or altered from its original condition will not be eligible for return.

Trade/Custom Order Return Policy
Orders placed via our trade program are non-refundable and all sales are final. In the event of a warranty repair, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Humanhome.
Shipping & Handling Costs
All shipping costs for return are non-refundable and deducted from the total refund.
Eligible orders will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you must take the package to an authorized drop-off location; pick-up service is not included.
For international returns - we do not provide prepaid return labels. All return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will gladly provide you with a replacement under any of the following circumstances that occur within 30 calendar days of receiving the product:
The product has been damaged in transit, the wrong product was received, there are functional issues caused by manufacturing defects.
Defective or damaged items are only eligible for exchange for the original order. Exchange must be initiated 30 days from delivery.
